Honored to be back with the KSU Owls staff (where Sterling spent 10+ years as the first-ever NCAA Division I Director of Character Development) for some fun & professional development!  We talked about how relationships impact team performance (the key theme behind our "Better Together" Leadership & Team Development conversations)!  

The Drexel Dragons are committed to building a leadership culture in their athletics department!  We talked about being "Game-Changers" and discussed some of the challenges associated with living in today's VUCA world.  

Building culture is one of the most challenging and rewarding responsibilities of the senior leader and their team.  Jon Jaudon is creating a culture of connection at Dalton State and we are honored to partner with the Road Runners! 

This year, we've had the privilege to partner with Wayne State University as their official Culture and Character Development Coaches for the Wayne State Athletic Department!  WSU Athletics Director, Erika Wallace, is building something great in the 313 and we are honored that the LEAD Program is playing a small part in their success!
