JT BIO

JT is an enthusiastic speaker and a self-proclaimed explorer of better. Energized by discovery, JT is addicted to venturing out to find pathways and principles that lead to success so that he can apply them himself, and share what works with others. He developed his passion for presenting after spending six years under the mentorship of leadership author and speaker, Dr. Tim Elmore. In the past decade, JT has spoken and consulted with several organizations across many different industries including the National Football League, the Egypt Ministry of Education, Chick-fil-A, the San Francisco Giants, The Ohio State University Athletics Department, the University of Alabama Athletics Department, Iowa Select Farms, as well as several Healthcare Organizations like MUSC, Ochsner Health, Dartmouth Health, MedStar & more. With each presentation he gives, JT aims to provide content that educates the head, engages the heart, and equips the hands of the audience.
 

On paper, JT is a certified trainer in Habitudes: Images that form leadership habits and attitudes; a national account sales rep at Jackson + Coker Locum Tenens (the GOAT in the locums' industry), a youth soccer coach, a Dad, a husband, and a normal guy who is stumbling toward better just like the rest of us.
